介紹台灣原住民祭典

臺灣原住民有16大族群,分為阿美族、泰雅族、卑南族、布農族、排灣族、雅美族等等。每個族群都有不同的傳統習俗和生活方式,因此衍生出各樣的祭典 。

3大的台灣原住民的傳統節慶

1.阿美族 豐年祭
阿美族是台灣原住民中人數最多的族群,目前大概有20萬人口
「豐年祭」是阿美族人最盛大的活動,於每年7、8月間舉辦。這個節慶的意義在加強倫理意識與傳統的傳承,而不是慶祝豐收。

活動加入賽跑、拔河、射箭等競技活動助興,ㄧ般遊客也可加入同歡。而豐年祭最後一天是情人之夜,如果女孩子有喜歡的對象,可以主動上前拉男生身上背著的情人袋,如果男生對女生也有意的話就將情人袋遞給女生背。嘩!好有初戀青澀的感覺!

「豐年祭」有一個有點不能理解的禁忌,就是活動期間忌諱打噴嚏,因為打噴嚏被視為凶兆呢。




2.雅美族(達悟族) 飛魚祭
雅美族又稱為達悟族,是個海洋民族,以捕魚為主要產業
飛魚祭是雅美族最大的節慶,其意義不僅是感謝大自然帶來的大豐收,更是有永續生態的概念。
「飛魚祭」約在每年農曆2至3月間舉行
祭典時,雅美族男子會穿著丁字褲、頭戴銀盔及金片,面向大海祈求飛魚豐收。

3.布農族 打耳祭
布農族主要居住在海拔1,500公尺以上的高山上,
打耳祭是布農族ㄧ年中最重要的和最盛大的狩獵與祭典,舉行時間一般在每年4月下旬至5月初。
所謂「打耳祭」,就是在祭典舉行前,所有成年男子都必須上山打獵,將獵物的耳朵割下來然後掛在木架或樹枝上,讓全村的男子輪流用弓箭射擊。
這個狩獵射擊的活動只不允許女性參加的哦。


Taiwan has 16 tribes of aboriginal people. Each tribe has it’s own culture and language. I will introduce the top 3 aboriginal festival.

1. Flying fish festival by Yami Yami people live in Orchid Island, fishing is their main economic income.
Every year during March to July, flying fish comes to Taiwan with the black current, the Yami men will wear their traditional clothing, put on the silver hamlet, facing and dancing towards the sea to pray for a Harvest season.  

Harvest Festival by Amis

Amis is the biggest tribe in Taiwan, the population is about 200 thousand of people.
In order to celebrate the harvest of millet and paddy rice, Amis holds the Harvest Festival in every July – August. This festival passes on the Amis culture by remembering their ancestors. This festival is an opening event, the Amis welcome visitors to join them racing, shooting, and running contest.

Another interesting fact to share:
The last night of Harvest Festival is the Valentine’s Night.
If you like someone, you can pass on your “Lover Bag” to him/her,then  they will become a couple.

 
Ear Festival by Bunun.
Every year during end of April to early May, the Ear Festival to Bunun is as important as our Chinese New Year. All men above age of 18 must go hunting in the mountain. The warriors will cut down the ears of their prey, for all men to shoot it with bows and arrows
It implies to hunt the head of their enemies and to emphasis the bonding of their brotherhood..
