Hakka people are usually known as hard working, good at saving money and they do not waste anything.
The tradition clothes they wear are blue shirt, because it is easy to wash and doesn’t get dirty easily.
The Hakka food is very famous, it is a bit salty, so easy to preserve and good to go with rice. The Hakka tea is called “Lei Chia”, which is a mix of several grains, such as peanuts, sesames, tea power and rice. We put all these ingredients in a big wooden bowl, and smash it to power form, lastly we add hot water to it. Here comes your Gong Fu Lei Chia.
Another thing that represents Hakka is a little white flower named ” Tung Flower”.
